The Spotlight Agency collects and processes data about you when you contact us.
If you are a supplier, your data or those of your contacts will be processed as part of these activities, as well as when preparing invoices and other accounting documents.

What data does The Spotlight Agency collect and process?
It concerns the data you communicate to me and which I need for your file, such as your name and address, e-mail address and all other data in that context. Usually, you provide me with this data directly, but it is also possible that I obtain this data from other parties.

The data may also relate to your leisure activities or consumption habits,. Financial data must be processed as part of accounting processing.

We collect this data both when you fill in our paper forms and when you do so electronically.

How long will data be kept?
Records are kept for 30 years.

For what purposes does The Spotlight Agency collect and process data?
I process this data for customer care (providing services and thus performing the contract I make with you), supplier management and accounting.

As for my website, I tailor its content and ease of use to you, its users, as much as possible. In addition, I process your data to fulfil the obligations arising from the provision of a website and its content and to enable you to use the interactive applications and services on this website.

 

What are the bases for processing data by The Spotlight Agency?
In principle, I collect and process your data based on the contractual relationship I have with you as a result of your request and the contract I enter into with you for that purpose. In other cases, the processing is based on the public interest tasks we perform as a supplier.

The contractual relationship is also the basis for processing data on suppliers.

Will the data be communicated to third parties?
Your data is mainly processed internally for customer management and accounting purposes.
They may be passed on for certain punctual services or assignments to subcontractors I use. 

Facebook group:

If you are a member of The Spotlight Agency's Facebook group "More customers through your website & Google", your data will be shared with third parties. This is to enable communication via Messenger, mail, online meetings and telephony. Third parties in this case are subcontractors who contact you for sales and informational purposes.  

Sometimes I am obliged to provide data about you. This is particularly the case when I am required to do so by law or government bodies have the right to request data from me.

Will your data be transferred outside Europe?
In principle, your data is not transferred to third countries, which are countries that do not have an adequate level of data protection (as defined by the European Commission). If this happens, I will ensure that the third countries have an adequate level of protection or I will ensure appropriate safeguards by concluding so-called model contractual clauses with the recipients in those third countries.

Processing purposes
The Spotlight Agency collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Retention period
Personal data processed for customer management will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data
Customers have the right to access their personal data at any time and may correct them (or have them corrected) if they are inaccurate or incomplete, have them deleted, restrict their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning them on the basis of Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.
